I've been going to Heidi now for a couple of years to remove a fairly big tattoo and I'm so happy with the results! I'm 6 sessions in and it's like 90% gone!! Heidi is very professional, quick with the laser and also supplies you with numbing cream to apply beforehand cause let's face it, this hurts! The aftercare instructions are very clear and if followed correctly, the healing process is quite simple! The front office is always so kind and can accommodate if you're needing to reschedule appts. I love coming here and am so glad I chose them for my tattoo removal.

I've had 2 tat removal sessions at WMA so far, and with the tattoo in such a sensitive area (middle of my throat), I wanted to make sure I chose someone experienced and professional. Heidi is the best in the biz and I'm so happy I chose her!
