I was traveling for work and needed a little self-care — specifically some filler touch-ups. I found this gem, Willow Medical Aesthetic & Wellness, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and every staff member who passed by smiled and said hello. I had the pleasure of having Kristin as my injector. She was incredibly thorough during the consultation and truly understood what I was hoping to achieve. She was so gentle — I didn’t bruise at all. Hands of an angel! I’m so happy with my results chin filler that I’m already planning another trip back. I have seen Cheyenne a few times to address various skin concerns, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She always provides in-depth answers and thoughtful recommendations to help achieve my goals. Recently, we developed a plan that included microneedling, the process was quick, painless, and delivered almost instant results. I am so happy with all of my experiences and will definitely continue going to Willow Med Spa for all of my skincare needs.

I had never had any facials or skin treatments before, and I didn’t even have a solid skincare routine. I booked a skin consultation with Cheyenne, and she has been absolutely amazing! She created a personalized daily routine for me and even walked me through each step to help me understand how to improve my skin. After just 10 weeks, I’m seeing a huge difference and feeling so much more confident. Cheyenne explains everything clearly, is incredibly kind, and always makes sure you’re comfortable. I’m so glad I booked with her. I look forward to my monthly appointment!!

I love Willow Med Spa, and Cheyenne is the absolute best esthetician I’ve ever had! She is kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about skincare and treatments. I am very picky about services and products because my skin is very sensitive. I am so happy to have found this place, and I will not go anywhere else except for Willow Med Spa.

I find it shady for a business like this not to have ANY BAD REVIEWS. MY personal experience with the WILLOW ( over COVID) my first time ever being on a Medi spa found this place over priced. The girl doing my filler had to get someone else more experienced to finish. I was scared. After leaving I saw no difference in my appearance. After going to other Medi spas I felt their toxin may have been weakened. Now, this was during COVID, so maybe staff was short. Maybe supplies were short, but my experience with the Willow was NOT GOOD. I spent well over 1,000.00, n didn't see any difference.
