I live with osteoarthritis. For many years I’ve been tweaking various aspects of management to find the best option for me. I had made some progress myself, but the freedom of movement and complete disappearance of stiffness following PRP with Dr Satbir has been next level! I don’t have to wait to unstiffen before I step any more. It’s not cheap, but it’s much less expensive than losing the next 20 years of my life to increasing pain and eventual knee replacement. Unlike interstate providers who demand up front payment, Ageless has a pay per session policy, and additional joints are only $50! I tell everyone I know who has pain and stiffness from arthritis to at least try it. My knees and thumb joints are so much better. Thank you!

Quite frankly, I possibly would not be here today if not for Dr Satbir. I note others have commented on PRP, personally I have had nothing but success with it but it may not be for everyone.

Such a time waster. I called and specifically asked if the consultation was free, and was told so. When I came in for treatment they said it was not free and would cost $200? Wasted 40 minutes of my day driving back and forth omg.

Dr Satbir is the best, he has a wealth of knowledge and actually cares about his patients, me and my partner make weekly appointments and wouldn't go anywhere else. We refer everyone to book in with ageless.

Thanks for ruining our whole day. My wife was booked for second procedure for today, booking was done last week. Took carer leave today for her- turned up on time, instead we’re told from the reception- Nurse is not in today, they’ve rescheduled and booked her for next week(without informing anything). We’re also told the nurse would’ve called to let us know, my wife hasn’t received any call or text message yet. Both of the ladies at the reception tried to prove we’re wrong :( You guys should be more sincere and be more professional while dealing with customers 09/04/2022: Replying to your comment made on 01/04/2022- Hello, thanks for your reply to my review. Repeating again: my wife was booked for 16/03/2022, that was discussed in front of me on 09/03/2022. Thanks as you mentioned you’ve reviewed the booking but couldn’t see her name. Because your staff members may changed her booking without discussing with the client- when we asked this question, both ladies at the front desk said to my wife- “V” (nurse) should’ve called you to let you know this. Did you check if you missed any calls from us?” Conclusion: Dear Ageless Clinic, it’s very common to have mistakes in life, because we’re human being, and we can all learn lessons from our mistakes, and there’s no shame in accepting the responsibility. However denying any facts or hiding is neither good for a growing service staff, Nor for the owner/ management. We all should be accountable for our own act. Best of luck for your clinic. Happy Easter
