I had an amazing experience at Beauty Queen Piercing Salon thanks to Ms.Rubina.She is very professional, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Everything was clean and well-explained. Highly recommend asking for them!

The service has become poor. Not like previous staff. There was a short lady fully covered herself with black cloth . She said she is from India.. she did the hand wax for me and my hand is literally burnt and ended up with scars in my arms everywhere. She pressed the hot wax strip too hard on my skin and pull it . I beleive there is a proper technique to do this . I have not experienced this previously. Now my arms are with scars and i think it is important to handle customers with care and good knowledge of the service. I was charges $100 for this service for legs and arms but i don’t recommend this place anymore. Previously it was good service. All my friends are asking me what happened to my hands. It is very disappointing specially when you are dealing with skin it is important to handle it with care. And it is company’s responsibility to hire experienced staff please. Because as customers we truat you and thats why we come there to get a proper service done to the value we pay

Needed earrings removed for an MRI on my wrist and mentioned that wrist pain made it difficult to remove them myself. I was quoted $15 per earring and advised it might be better to try removing them myself due to the cost, as I had 4 earrings in. I went to Skin Candy, where they were happy to help and much more accommodating, and even purchasing new jewellery there still cost less than just having the earrings removed here.

HONEST REVIEW After already having a bad experience once before, I thought I would give this place another chance But unfortunately I still left Unsatisfied. I feel like the service is very poor. The Workers Do not Take accountability when they have done something wrong, I literally had to argue my point of view for them to do better. Nor do they try to negotiate To fix whatever’s You feel has not been Done properly or for your liking. However in another incident had gotten my eyebrows done and during a brushing the brow hairs technique it was not necessary to apply too much pressure and such roughness It has irritated my brow skin area making it bleed and After complaining, they finally gave in and fixed my brows Making sure they were not lopsided and however (the supervisor) still made me feel bad For standing up for myself. My lash extensions Did not look very nice And they were falling out within the first couple of days and now my eyebrow skin is Currently feeling rough and peeling from her over waxing it. Oh and Lash extensions did not last a week! I will never go back to this place again. So expensive for poor service and Absolutely rude customer service I do not recommend it.
