How does this practice stay open? Extremely unprofessional. I was placed on hold and then disconnected. When I called back, reception claimed I wasn’t hung up on and that “the phone automatically disconnects if they don’t get to it in time.” What kind of business practice is that? I can only imagine how many patients they lose. A friend of mine, who is on a disability pension and holds a healthcare card, attended an appointment and was charged around $80. The GP pushed him to get a blood test that wasn’t necessary, then continued to pressure and harass him about it. To make matters worse, he was asked to return and pay for another appointment just to receive non-urgent results. We will never return to this clinic. They are also the only practice we know of that still requires masks, which adds to the overall outdated and unfriendly experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This clinic doesn’t know time value. Everytime I visit it’s more than 30 minutes late. Never coming back. Are you really doctors? Please chuck your certificates. If you don’t know value of time you don’t deserve to be doctors & run practice

Receptionist and Dr Mohammad were super friendly. Great experience overall. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

We, both my husband and myself, have nothing but praise for the professionalism and caring of all staff we have encountered at MedCentral GP Clinic. The staff in Reception have always been very helpful and courteous when dealing with any requests we have had. All medical staff are very patient and have a caring attitude. We particularly want to mention, and express our gratitude to Dr Mohammed Neezam Ahmed. He has looked after my husband, who has multiple complicated medical problems for the past 6 years in a very caring and positive way.
