I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this medical clinic. The doctors were not clear about what documents were required or what steps we needed to follow. The instructions were confusing, which made the whole process stressful and frustrating. Even though we had a booked appointment, we were made to wait for 30 minutes. Additionally, we had to fill out the same form twice because the doctor did not clearly explain what was needed the first time. During the consultation, we were repeatedly told, “You are rushing and rushing,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. We did not appreciate the way we were addressed. Overall, the experience wasted our time and did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this doctor "Sajan Taljera" again.

Dr Sajan tarleja is one of the worst doctors I have ever came across, doesn’t take any time to listen to what you have to say and try’s to argue with you that what your saying isn’t correct. Horrendous experience with this man altogether and got blood tests with him that he never went through the results thoroughly with me, once I got them emailed to me and went through them myself I seen I a had a few complications with certain tests that he never mentioned. Told all was good to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. No one see this man he doesn’t care about his patients

I was treated by Dr. Sajan Talreja and I truly have to say that everything went so great. He is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients, and takes the time to address all concerns and is very caring. Thank you so much for everything.

On a recent visit to Darwin, I became ill. Booking an appointment at this practice was easy, and they kindly agreed to see me the next day. Mask wearing was mandatory, although I had no Covid symptoms. The surgery is neat, clean and bright with loads of info pamphlets on various health issues. The secretary was polite and efficient. As a first-time visitor to this surgery, I was required to fill in the usual forms. I waited only about 10 minutes and was then seen by a young doctor. He was courteous, helpful and thorough, and I couldn’t have been happier with the attention that I received. As a “bulk billing” surgery, as long as you have your Medicare card, there’s nothing to pay. The clinic is conveniently situated in Carpentaria House, across the road from the Cavenagh Hotel on Cavenagh Street, only a few minutes walk from the hotel where we were staying. Recommended.

Have been visiting this clinic for over 4+ years now. Dr. Saritha is the BEST GP I have come across. 5/5 all day of the week. In terms of the clinic, the only downside that I have experienced is that the appointments can sometimes start late. Other than that, all the reception staff are very cooperative and know what they are doing. Strongly recommend this clinic and Dr Saritha for all GP requirements.
