I love visiting Sanctum and always find the staff extremely professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always incredibly clean and so aesthetically beautiful inside. So sweet they offer you a collagen water or tea on arrival!! I drive an hour to travel to come here for appointments and more than happy to do that for the experience. Highly recommend!!! edit: I had an appointment booked for skin needling and my appointment was cancelled due to a sick staff member, unfortunately I was unable to make a future booking due to travel, and the staff were so so helpful and kind to give me a refund although it was something I had booked and paid for a long time ago. Really grateful to the staff. Definitely plan on returning when I’m back and can’t wait for future sessions. Thanks ladies!

I’ve been going to sanctum for years now. Holly is a lovely angel, I’ve always felt so comfortable with her! Very knowledgeable and have never felt pressured for additional services I wouldn’t want or need. I always recommend to friends and family. Love it, and beautiful building also!

Sanctum is my favourite place! Relaxing and purposeful. The range of skincare and procedures are second to none. The online booking system is convenient and face to face service is always amazing. The team are highly skilled in all things aesthetic. I’ve been attending Sanctum for nearly a year and I look forward to every appointment.
