Personally a Very disappointing experience. Waste of my time and money (this service was not covered by insurance). I was seen in October, I had to initiate several calls only to find out last week (January) I was prescribed hormone meds and my hormones were fine. Btw never were my hormone results given to me until I continually called requesting them. The staff is very professional and the office is decorated nicely and clean...However, their communication is lacking Big Time!

This team of professionals took extra time to listen to my expectations, advise accordingly, zero sales approach, provided personal care before and after my selected procedure. The attention to the detail of services rendered-Exceptional. The staff thoroughly explain each step of my treatment, and continued this support post procedure. The results exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, and the genuine overall care. 360Med Spa is a beautiful setting, clean, calming atmosphere. Highly recommend 360Med Spa and all their services. I've had several different services ranging from a massage to facials to laser hair removal and this spa is FANTASTIC! The staff members are kind and knowledgeable and kind. The environment is calm and very relaxing with short wait times.
Made an appointment and was very excited for my first ever facial. I have a scar on my face that I have been wanting to get treated for months. Made the appointment yet on the day of had misplaced my wallet so called in to ask to reschedule for a later time. Was told there would be $15 fee this was told to me after the fact which to me is poor customer service as that was not stated to me when I made the appointment. I understand policies but as a first time customer that just didn’t sit well for me. I found my wallet though.
