Thinning responds best to early treatment. Regenerative options work by reviving follicles that have slowed down, so results depend a great deal on how long the shedding has been going on.

Three steps

How this works

  1. 01

    Name the concern

Start from what you want to change rather than a treatment you have heard of. Every concern here is written the way people actually describe it.

  2. 02

    Compare the routes

Each concern maps to several treatments that work in different ways. The concern page explains what separates them and what to expect from each.

  3. 03

    Choose a provider

See verified providers near you who offer treatments for that concern, then book a consultation to confirm the plan.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How do I know which treatment is right for my concern?

Each concern page lists the treatments that address it and explains how they differ in approach, downtime and typical results. Most concerns have more than one reasonable route, and the right one depends on your skin, your budget and how much recovery time you can plan around. A consultation is where that gets settled.

Can one treatment address more than one concern?

Often yes. Microneedling, for example, is used for acne scars, large pores, fine lines and stretch marks because it works by stimulating collagen rather than targeting a single problem. That overlap is why browsing by concern is usually faster than browsing by treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the concern and the treatment. Injectables give results from a single appointment and are repeated every few months. Resurfacing, microneedling and body contouring are usually planned as a series of three to six sessions spaced several weeks apart, with results building over that time.

Should I search by concern or by treatment?

Search by concern if you know what bothers you but not what fixes it. Search by treatment if you already have one in mind, or if you are looking for a specific device or brand. Both routes lead to the same verified providers.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

For anything beyond a basic facial, yes, and a good clinic will insist on it. A consultation confirms you are a suitable candidate, rules out contraindications, and sets realistic expectations about how many sessions your concern is likely to need.
