- AuraVenu lists 4,569 med spas across all 50 states and Washington, DC, with 988,706 Google reviews between them (AuraVenu, October 2026).
- California has the most listed med spas, 1,057 or 23% of the US total, followed by Texas (487) and Florida (357) (AuraVenu, October 2026).
- Per head, North Dakota has the most listed med spas at 4.25 per 100,000 residents, then Washington, DC (4.18) and Wyoming (4.08), against a US figure of 1.34 (AuraVenu, October 2026).

Listings. Med spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics and wellness centres offering aesthetic treatments, seeded from Google Places and kept current through owner claims and corrections. Day spas without medical treatments are excluded. Snapshot taken October 18, 2026: 4,569 active US listings.
Treatments. Taken from each clinic's own website by crawling its service pages (2,552 sites crawled), and from owners who claim their listing. Treatment shares are worked out over the 2,148 clinics with treatment data from those sources, not over every listing, so a clinic we have not checked is not counted as one that does not offer a treatment. Treat shares as floors.
Ratings and reviews. Google's rating and review count for each listing, as read from Google Places. Averages are unweighted means across rated clinics; chains show a review-weighted rating.
