Glow Getter Studio

Today was my first time going to Glow Getter after following them & Lyanna for some time. I could not recommend her enough. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable while also feeling like I got a facial that did something. She was very informative and professional but also personable. I will definitely be back.

Eeeeekkkkk!!! Obsessed is an understatement!!! I’ve had two treatments: eye lash lift and a glow getter facial and my goodness!!! The studio is so beautiful and calming, and everyone there is so nice!!! It’s been a few weeks and my lashes still look great!!! As for the facial…. WOW!!!!! Literally left GLOWING!!!!! It was a personalized experience and everyone product used smelled absolutely wonderful and felt like heaven on my skin. We discussed my skin care routine and recommendations for next steps/products to start to introduce. Seriously an incredible experience. I’m literally counting down the minutes until my next facial!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and made arrangements in my day to be there. While on my way to the appointment, I replied to a confirmation text stating that I would be attending. Only after I confirmed did I receive a phone call informing me that the esthetician was feeling sick and would not be able to make it. What was most frustrating was not that the appointment needed to be canceled, illnesses happen and I understand that. The issue was the timing and communication. If an appointment is likely to be canceled on the same day, clients should receive a phone call as soon as possible. Relying solely on texts is not enough when people have busy schedules and may already be preparing for or traveling to their appointment. During the call, I was told that the esthetician would see how she felt and might call me back later if she was able to make it. Unfortunately, that kind of uncertainty is not helpful when clients have already planned their day around an appointment. I understand that unexpected situations arise, but last minute cancellations without proactive communication show a lack of consideration for a client’s time. After going out of my way for this appointment, receiving a cancellation at the last minute was a significant inconvenience. I hope the business improves its communication practices so future clients receive timely notice and are not placed in a similar situation.

Loved this facial. I worked with Lyanna and she- gives all the positive feminine energy 😌 Her extractions don’t hurt and her knowledge is extensive. I felt welcomed and like a valued client rather than a chore before a lunch break and when I left, I felt like I was set up for success. My skin texture improved after the “Peachy Clean” facial and now I’m working towards better, healthier skin. 10/10 experience, also- the studio is so cute. SO cute.
