I can’t say enough good things about this location and its staff. I see Taylor for my monthly hydrafaicals and peels and she always has such great skincare recommendations for me & in general such a lovely person. Love Nurse Katherine, such a pro injector, super experienced, and all around fab person. I look forward to my monthly appointments and I always leave feeling reborn lol getting on a membership here was not just the best thing for my skin but for my confidence and all around self care. This is not an ad but I genuinely love this place so much 😂

From the moment I walked in through the door at It's A Secret, I received so much attention and felt the passion from their staff. I appreciate all the time and how knowledgeable everyone is. From Botox to lasers, all my questions were answered. The Secret Membership is the best thing ive found in aesthetics and am excited to go on my anti-aging journey.

I’ve had the most wonderful experiences at this gem in Georgetown! While I’ve liked my natural smile, I didn’t love how my upper lip seemed to hide and tuck under—especially on the right side of my face. I’d also been a bit skeptical about Botox (Is it for me? Will I still look natural?), but I decided to come in for a consultation to discuss my options, and I’m so glad I did! First off, the staff at It’s a Secret Med Spa Georgetown are absolutely fabulous. They’re incredibly kind and truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome, relaxed, and beautiful in your own skin. After a lovely consultation with Shayna, I booked an appointment with her for a lip flip to help prevent my upper lip from tucking under when I smile. The appointment was super quick and barely painful. A few weeks later, I took advantage of their Black Friday specials and decided to get some facial Botox. Catherine did an amazing job correcting my elevens and also added a little more to help with my gummy smile. I am so, so, so happy with the results—I honestly wish I had done this years ago! My new smile feels so much more balanced and really shows off my favorite shade of red 💋

Definitely wouldn’t come here again. I suggest you don’t if you're a woman of colour. The moment I walked in there were 5 women behind the desk none of them said hi. I was definitely getting the whole “Ugh, what is SHE doing here vibe” hesitant to check me in, and switched my injector last minute. Overall it was a very micro aggressive experience. Last time I checked my dollar is as good as anybody else’s. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s 2026 do better.

I had the best experience ! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was so freaking welcoming, warm, and professional. Seriously go to Kat, she was absolutely incredible. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. I was nervous about getting Botox for the first time, but her calm confidence and clear explanations made my anxiety disappear. She took her time to make sure I understood everything, and her attention to detail made me feel completely safe. I left feeling confident, excited, and I’m sooo excited for my follow up appointment. So happy to finally have a trustworthy med spa in my area this is definitely the spot!
