I’ve been seeing Kandace for so long now and she is absolutely amazing! This clinic is incredible. They are personable, knowledgeable and very skilled in their craft! All the clinicians are great but Kandace is my girl!
Jensen has the BEST bedside manner with clients and put me so at ease during my laser treatments. She removed my brows in only 2 sessions and then went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy with the results at the end. She is so knowledgeable, comforting, funny, and made the experience something I actually looked forward to! I would trust her with all my beauty services and I would send everyone to her with no hesitation!
Service and consultation were both great, but customer service here is the worst I have ever seen. I made two appointments for a treatment on accident and then got an email notification within the 48 hour cancellation window for the second one, and Jules did nothing to understand the situation and charged me half the treatment cost without any treatment done! I should have cancelled on my end sooner, but Main Medical did nothing to understand my side whatsoever. My treatment wasn't on monthly cadence either, yet they continued to charge me for treatment I never intended on getting. I will not be receiving future treatment here and strongly advise anyone from doing business here as you will not be understood or supported like other more reputable dermatologists.
Jensen was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain all the options and recommendations. The office was very cute, clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful as well! Overall, excited to have a new place to treat myself!
