My experience with NE Medical Group has been great. Friendly, attentive staff that checks in weekly via text and easy communication. I'm able to text any questions/concerns and hear back the same day. The text communication is my preference but I believe they're also available via email or phone. I also appreciate their proactive communication around pharmacy changes. I pick up my meds monthly from the office, so I don't worry about meds getting ruined if delivered via mail. You set-up appointments online for monthly, in-person, med pickups. Since you’re scheduling your pickup, you don't have to worry about running into others while you're there.

I have been using this injection protocol since March 2024 and have lost 50 lbs to date, most of which was attained in the first 12 months. Maintaining my weight has been easy and I am complimenting this regimen with strength training to build and retain muscle mass. I think what I find most impressive is their attention to detail with exactly where you are as a patient in your journey. Also, they communicate with me through text and the level of detail and timeliness is perfect. I can easily go back and reference their guidance with ease and stay on track. All in all, they have my highest recommendation.

This clinic is clean, organized, and very professional. The staff is incredibly kind, supportive, and makes every visit feel comfortable and seamless. Scheduling is easy and appointments are efficient without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the positive environment and the care they provide. Highly recommend!
