I had a facial today with Morgan. She did a great job! It was my first facial ever and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She took her time with me, was gentle with my skin and answered all my questions thoroughly. She recommended products that could be helpful but was not pushy about me buying them. The facility was clean, warm and inviting. If you are thinking about checking out Empower MedSpa I would highly recommend their services!

I was lucky enough to get a promotional opportunity to test out the new Sofwave treatment with Jen Baker. Jen was amazing - very professional, made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the steps of the treatment and what to expect. The treatment itself was tolerable, with minimal discomfort and zero downtime.

Every business, even a medical spa, carries its own energetic signature ; and the moment I encountered this one at a public expo, the atmosphere felt discordant. I ultimately chose not to give them my business because the way they presented themselves did not reflect professionalism, compassion, or grounded integrity. Even in the aesthetic world, intention matters. The way a staff interacts with people, the way they carry themselves, the presence they bring into a room — all of that speaks volumes before a single service is ever performed. What I witnessed felt more performative than sincere, more ego-driven than client-centered. I’ve also heard enough from others who have been clients to recognize a pattern: an energy that feels cold, dismissive, and lacking the warmth and humanity that should exist even within a strictly medical setting. Vermont already has limited options for med spas that balance skill with humility, and this one unfortunately reinforced that struggle. A medical spa should make people feel respected, safe, and valued — not energetically drained or uneasy. Until this establishment chooses to embody a higher standard of professionalism and compassion, I cannot recommend them. I sincerely hope they find alignment with integrity and true client care in the future.
