360 Dermatology

This is a beautiful, modern dermatology facility with a friendly staff and great doctors. I came here for a dermatology appointment and met with Dr. AGUILA and was very impressed. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable; took his time - made sure all my questions were answered and for the first time ever told me exactly what kind of skin conditions that I have and was able to provide a comprehensive treatment plan to resolve my issues. I’ve been to multiple dermatology places in the past, but this one is my new home base for all things related to my skin. Very impressed. I was very comfortable the entire time; they have an easy process for onboarding new patients and I’m very happy with the treatment I received. The one thing to be aware of is that their website scheduling system is not real time so when you book an appointment online, it may change it on you. It’s probably better to book appointments by calling them directly, which is unfortunate but I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me from coming here.

GO TO THE LAND O LAKES LOCATION! DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk lady with the dark hair and glasses left me feeling highly dissatisfied. I came to my appointment being told that my treatment would be 125$ through my insurance. This front desk lady told me that it might end up being 350$. When i heard 350 i said i was told that it would be $125 and that i needed to know if it was going to be 350$ before i give her my money. She didnt seem to understand why i was worried about having to possibly pay more than double what i was quoted. she would keep saying that “we can take your 125 but i cant promise you you're insurance wont make you pay the difference”. Mind you, they have my insurance info. This talking in circles continued for like 10 min while i was trying to make her understand that i dont want to pay unless she can be sure of how much id be paying but her rude tone and repetitive responses left me feeling frustrated. I cancelled the appointment then and there. I never got to see the doctor because of her incompetence so no hate to the doc there. Just this lady is enough for me not to want to come back again. Lily and all her staff at the land o lakes location are amazing so ill be sticking with them!

Appointments are regularly cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic. This applies to online bookings and those booked over the phone. I've been going here since 2015 and recently recommended them to my husband for Mohs surgery. He had the same issues. Otherwise, I've been pleased with the services I've received, but it's no longer worth trying to schedule here.

I cannot say enough good things about this location’s staff! I never have to wait very long. The staff in the back listen and are patient. Sejal is AMAZING! I have had a few different dermatology procedures done and will continue to come back!
