Alexa is truly the best of the best! She takes her time and explains everything to you step by step which makes you feel so comfortable and confident. I’ve been to many different injectors and have had some horrible experiences, but I’m so happy I found Alexa! I’ve already been back twice and will definitely be going back for more. She does such an amazing job, and she did my lips exactly how I wanted them. I 100% recommend Alexa to anyone looking for an amazing injector!

I have been seeing Alexa for multiple years and could not be happier with her services, her professionalism, her dedication to her clients & business, and her overall knowledge of the human anatomy. There have been occurrences where I came in with an idea that would cost more money and Alexa gave me her professional opinion that it wasn’t something she felt was necessary (but would of course do it if I wanted to). This speaks to her integrity because she could have simply taken my money and gone about her day. I have seen more instances than I can count of Alexa changing her PERSONAL schedule to accommodate people who want to be squeezed in. This speaks to her willingness to put herself and her needs last to make sure her clients feel their best for their upcoming events or life moments. I am someone who bruises easily, and it is extremely rare for me to see anything but the tiniest bruise after my dysport services and I have never once bruised from lip filler. Lumps & bumps are normal and will resolve themselves after the healing period (read your aftercare, ladies!). I also need to address a recent negative review I see because it is out right out of pocket. Alexa runs this business 100% on her own, there is no one monitoring her phone or email during business hours for last minute tardiness. Anything you see or hear from Alexa comes from Alexa personally. She is also booked most days from the second she opens to when her last appointment ends so she cannot always be looking at her personal device. Alexa is responsible for providing clean, professional, services. She is not responsible for your poor time management skills. All that said, I recommend Alexa more than I can explain over text. She makes me feel like my best self, is authentic, selfless, and a great service provider. I recommend her to everyone I know and multiple people have visited her and told me all of this after their appointment.

I wanted to share my experience as a returning client because I believe communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are especially important when providing a service. I had an appointment scheduled and messaged ahead of time to let her know that I was going to be over the allotted grace period. Unfortunately, she didn’t check her phone until I had already arrived. By the time I got there, I was over the grace period and she was unable to take me. I completely understand having a grace-period policy, but had my message been seen beforehand, I could have simply gotten out of my Uber and avoided making a 30-minute trip for an appointment I ultimately couldn’t receive. Instead, I wasted $50 on an Uber for no reason. It was especially frustrating because this could have been avoided with something as simple as checking her phone when she knew she had a client coming in. I also want to mention my previous lip appointment. There was a noticeable bump left directly in the middle of my lips. The bump is called tubercle which can be natural, but I did not have this before getting my filler done, which is why I noticed the difference. I chose to leave it alone knowing that the bump will be less noticeable over time rather than pay additional money to have it dissolved and go through another procedure to correct it. I also initially continued going to her because there aren’t a lot of injectors in the city. For the price of the service, I expected a smoother and more precise result. I’m leaving this review respectfully and honestly. I believe clients deserve clear communication, consideration for their time and money, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, after these experiences, I don’t feel comfortable returning.

I’ve been going to Alexa for over a year regularly for lip filler, Botox and PRP under my eyes. I’ve had spectacular results every time and will continue to come back. Even my mom says my results are cute and natural even if at first she was skeptical. 😇 One thing I love about Alexa is she’s super sweet and thorough, she makes sure you’re understanding of your services, etc. First time I came in, I was scared but she reassured me and I keep coming back because Alexa makes the pain of beauty, tolerable 💞
