Advanced Dermatology in Boca is truly one of the best practices in the area. The entire team is always courteous, professional, and efficient, with exceptional customer service from start to finish. Very professional and great experience for my 13 year old daughter. Of course she was a little worried to go, but the staff and Doctor Schiff were wonderful. Doc walked in and he knew how to solve her acne in about 1 minute flat. True knowledge and experience! Thanks again!
Very disappointing experience as a new patient. The front desk didn’t realize I was a new patient when I checked in. After I had already been waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally given an iPad to complete the new-patient forms. After completing the forms, I had to wait almost another hour. In total, I waited more than 1.5 hours despite having a scheduled appointment. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but this felt poorly organized from the start. If patients are expected to wait this long even with an appointment, it really makes you wonder what the point of scheduling an appointment is. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone
