I had an excellent experience at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Mireku was caring, thorough, and wonderful to work with. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. What impressed me most was her genuine concern for my health. She didn’t just address my immediate concerns, she also wanted to follow up to make sure everything remains stable. That level of attentiveness and compassion is something I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Mireku and the team at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient centered care.
Today was our first visit. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. It felt like we were long term patients by the ease and relaxed nature of the visit. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and everyone seemed happy to be there. Dr. Mireku is very knowledgeable and provided handouts to help absorb all of the information provided so that we could follow the prescribed course of treatment. It was a breath of fresh air!
I had a great visit with Dr. Mireku. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Once Dr. Mireku entered i could sense her depth of knowledge was immense. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, and walk me through treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. What truly stood out was her ability to combine expertise with genuine care. She listened attentively, never rushed the appointment, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her recommendations. It’s rare to find a provider who is not only highly skilled but also so personable and compassionate.
I absolutely tried and wanted to love this location as they appeared helpful at first. It is very difficult to get a call back and proper assistance. I have called and left several messages requesting a call back and the confirmation to a medication appeal request for my 3yr old. This has been going on for a month now and still not resolved. I have reached out to my insurance provider as they requested and have yet to receive a case number verifying they have submitted the appropriate documents to my insurer. This office is a complete waist of time but they will appear helpful in the beginning. Be aware, and please do not leave a Google response stating to contact the office manager as we all know he/she will not answer nor call back!
