I saw Javon Jennings. He was thorough explained things well and had a decent sense of humour. The office staff seemed to have extraordinarily hard time with my insurance and it was more difficult that it should have been to have them verify my insurance and other details. Bethany the medical support person was excellent and Javon was then well prepared.
This is my second visit with Dr. Benjamin Nia. First of all I want to acknowledge all the staff that works there are very pleasant and have beautiful persona. They have always ensured appointments are taken in on time without much delay. The doctor is very pleasant and asks all the right questions. He will listen when you talk unlike other doctors who never make eye contact and have heads in their laptops. He has successfully solves 1 skin issue for me and this on was for another issue. I will recommend this place to anyone who values their time and wants a good skin doctor.
Friendly staff, clean office. The PA who saw me was attentive and I felt all my concerns were addressed. I’m fortunate at this time I only required an annual visit and am confident I’m clear until my next appointment.
My visit with Physicians Assistant Javon Jennings was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a manner that was clear and instilled confidence in his guidance. His ability to empathize and connect with patients far exceeds other dermatologists that I’ve visited. He made me feel comfortable discussing a distressing condition that isn’t easily treatable. I HIGHLY recommend PA Jennings.
