I had such a good experience! Everything and everyone is transparent with procedure's and pricing before doing anything. Everyone was very welcoming. I felt heard & seen, like i’m not crazy and i am having all of these skin issues. I will definitely be going back!!!
You’re over booking and I got an hour and I got freeze and then I have to get refrozen because you overbooked and I have to be stitched that’s a lot of extra pain that should not happen and it happened to me twice. I had two operations a week apart. The doctor was awesome. The nurses were awesome but the wait time sucked.
What an amazing office! The front office staff is friendly and welcoming and everyone else is very friendly, thorough and professional. I didn’t have to wait long at all. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained in terms I could understand. I also like that I don’t feel like I’m walking into an office whose only focus is cosmetic. I’d highly recommend!
What a great facility this is. Not only was I able to call and make an appointment and get in the same day but they were also able to do an in-office procedure during my visit that I thought I would have reschedule to have done. The doctors and staff are fantastic.
