Amazing experience! Seen on time, there was a sufficient amount of staff and they were all happy, friendly and fun. Extremely efficient. I had a double ear lobe 1980’s earring damage repair and the provider Christina Baden was extremely confident and clearly respected by her staff. I was a little nervous going in! I have worked in medicine for 30+ years, I know competency when I see it! Seamless, smooth from the front office to the back!! Already have a friend scheduling her 1980’s earring ripping repair!
I got a haircut from a new hairdresser last week and she saw something and urge me to go to the dermatologist right away to have it checked out. So when I got home, I called and Dr. Pena’s staff gave me a quick appointment… Thankfully, when the doctor saw it, she said it was not Cancerous. It did not need to be removed and then provided me with a pamphlet to show me pictures of ones that were questionable that if I see those I should come back to see her. I felt bad that it was not what my hairdresser thought it might be but Dr. Pena and her staff were so nice and Said absolutely not. It’s better to be safe than sorry. So now I feel more informed with the pamphlet and I’m grateful that the Dr. and her staff were so nice about the false alarm.
Had multiple procedures done and they are always super friendly, thorough & professional! Talk me thru the whole way & provide care instructions during and after. As a redhead mishandled in the past by other derms, I appreciate Christina & her staff always being very personable & compassionate! Reaching out with aftercare questions or concerns is easily accessible also.
This was my first visit and Christina Baden was so kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with some concerns she explained what was going on, removed a tag for me it was so quick and painless. 10/10 experience amazing staff would recommend!
