I recently had microneedling done on my face with Rebecca, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way.
I had a very satisfactory visit at Advanced Dermatology today. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. I was particularly pleased with Ashley, Dr Quelyn’s medical assistant! She was so pleasant and reassuring, while being absolutely professional. I spent less than 30 minutes total in the office, with all my questions answered. I would recommend this office without qualifications!
I had my first visit with Ms. Quintero, ARNP, at Advanced Dermatology in Tampa and couldn't be happier. The office staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Ms. Quintero took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommend!
I was scheduled at the Wesley Chapel location with multiple confirmation text/emails sent, yet when I arrived was told the provider I was scheduled with didn't work at that location and none of the others took my insurance. Rebooked same day at Tampa location. Staff was friendly and professional. 1st visit. Examination not as thorough as others I've experienced, yet they recommended 3 biopsies and quoted $200 co-pays. At checkout rather than asking for $200 I was asked how much I was quoted. Odd question if the information is accurate. Definitely wasn't... owed $560. They let me pay $200 w/ balance due after insurance processing. Felt like a bait & switch. Realized after I got home I wasn't given any billing/receipt or post procedure instructions. Called in AM to have them sent via email. Was told they don't send emails to patients? WTH... it's 2026 - if you can't email have a portal where all documents can be accessed. Said they'd have to send US mail. Not a great first impression and not interested in returning.
