I made to visit there. I can feel and see the level of excellence they provide. My issue was solved and treated from the first visit. I can not be happier with the results. Dr. Christina treated me and I highly recommend her. She is passionate about what she do and her experience shows. Thank you so much and to all the staff there. I appreciate your excellent service.
This is a horrendous experience! I have been here 45 minutes (so far ) without seeing the doctor. I can hear people giggling and laughing outside in the hall. The office is absolutely freezing, trash is overflowing, the seats are extremely uncomfortable and the staff is unfriendly. This office has no regard for their patient time. Why do they have me make an appointment and send about five reminders when they don’t honor that appointment time by see the patient at the scheduled time? After waiting in the lobby 20 minutes, I asked and was told the Dr was running about an hour late. This is a disgrace that patients are not called and told this or given the opportunity to reschedule. Additionally, the doctor I’ve seen here for years no longer works here and the service has dropped off significantly!! I asked twice—at 20 & 40 minutes waiting when I could expect to be seen, I obviously didn’t get seen at the time indicated and got shooed back into my room. I left after 55 minutes without seeing the doctor because my whole body hurt from being so cold and the uncomfortable seats. These people do not care about this [former] patient.
A very efficiently run office. Everyone was pleasant. The Nurse practitioner- with whom I had the appointment -was personable and professional. She was very thorough with my examination. I was also impressed with the Medical Assistant’s skills who explained everything in detail. I can honestly say I had a very positive experience.
I just had my 6 month exam. The staff was very efficient and professional from check-in to checking out.. The doctor listened to and answered all my questions. Her and her assistant did a few procedures quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to go there.
