Very quick and easy appointment. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I waited a short time and had a great check-up with Lauren Hartman. She is so positive and friendly, and she answered all my questions. And she always has a smile on her face!
I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and excellent care with Dr. Lauren Cohen today. She was very detailed with my visit today and was kind enough to complete a procedure I hadn’t planned for but was extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended.
From the time we entered the office it was all smiles, the staff was very nice & attentive to our needs. We were quickly provided with access to our waiting room, the medical assistant gave us clear instructions for my daughter’s overall skin check. When the ARNP came in she has excellent bedside manners, she made my daughter feel comfortable during the examination. Gave us great recommendation for skin care, a diagnosis for her condition and the current condition of her skin. We were very pleased with her knowledge and explanation for what caused each area of concern. I would highly recommend them to all age groups, especially preteens.
I was seen by Dr. Abuchar and she was excellent. I made the switch from the Boca location after not the best service and I am very glad that I made the change. She was very thorough. She asked questions and she listened with care. All of my concerns were addressed and she provided exceptional service. Very knowledgeable and various concerns were taken care of. Did not feel rushed at all. I felt valued as a patient. Her medical assistant was also fantastic. Overall, I am very satisfied with this visit.
