What an awesome experience! Dr. O.J. Rustad removed a cyst from my forehead that had been there for over a decade. I assumed there would be a scar but you can barely tell it ever existed. What a gifted artist he is as a surgeon. I’m thankful I ended up in his skilled hands and highly recommend Advanced Dermatology. I was also very pleasantly surprised at the cost for the procedure. Very reasonable compared to my expectations. Honestly, they greatly exceeded my expectations overall and it’s comforting to know I have access to such great care should I ever need it again.
I was recently seen for a full body exam. I’m sorry I can’t remember names, but both the assistant and clinician were wonderful. We worked out a treatment plan for some spots needing attention and a biopsy was performed on another spot. Everything was clearly explained and both were respectful and professional. I also found out a good tip on hydrocolloid bandaids to aid healing for the spot that was biopsied. I picked up some today.
Everything went as smooth as it could have. I checked in right way. The doctor was waiting for me . She answered all my questions and asked me very pertinent questions. I was all done in less than a 1/2 hour
I arrived one minute after their “late” policy due to unforeseen circumstances, and they would not let me be seen for an appointment. I was new to the Forest Lake location and was literally in the building for a good 5 minutes trying to find the office my way to their office, which caused me to open the door exactly 11 minutes after my appointment time. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, and I will be looking elsewhere for a dermatologist.
