I have been seeing Caitlin Beach for my yearly skin checks and she is consistently excellent. She is friendly, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in the exam. Her office is also very easy to find with plenty of free parking, which makes the visit even more convenient. I truly appreciate the quality of care she provides and highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Caitlin Beach for years, to keep an eye on my skin. I actually followed her to this office from the Carrilon office. She is very professional and takes her time with you. I never feel rushed and always get my questions answered. I've also had the privilege to be treated by Dr. Dane and his team for Mohs surgery and cosmetic help. I actually look foward to have my treatments and procedures done by Dr.Dane and his team, they treat me like family and are always so ready to give me the best care, and always with a smile. I was just there yesterday for Mohs surgery on my leg. From the girls up front to the dermatologist offices, the facial treatment room, and the surgery area, everyone is kind, greets you with a smile, and happy to help. The office in Largo is where I go and have referred friends. I truly am blessed to have found the best with no worries. Thank you all, Dee Thompson

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional medical offices I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the front desk employee didn’t greet me or even acknowledge me. The first thing she said was, “$80.” I responded, “Hi, how are you?” Instead of returning the greeting, she snapped, “Did you hear me?” I said yes—I heard her—but “$80” was literally the only thing she had said to me. It was rude and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. The nurse came in with an attitude from the start, staring at me and speaking to me in a condescending tone. It honestly felt like the staff had already been talking about me before I even got to the exam room. She tried to lecture me about a condition I’ve been treating for over 15 years, acting as though I didn’t know my own medical history. Then the doctor walked in with the same attitude. I have a cyst on my forehead that multiple dermatologists over the years have successfully treated with steroid injections because I’d rather avoid a scar on my face. Without any willingness to listen, I was told everyone else had essentially been treating it incorrectly and they refused to inject it—even though it was clearly palpable and visible. Instead of having a discussion or explaining their reasoning respectfully, I was made to feel dismissed and talked down to. I understand doctors can have different medical opinions, but there’s no excuse for the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy throughout the entire visit. Every person I interacted with seemed irritated that I was there. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office if you expect to be treated with respect.

Absolutely delightful experience for my Mohs procedure. Paperwork was all done and staff got me all set. Dr. Danes took charge and I felt nothing as he proceeded. In a few minutes he was done and I waited for the report. Staff gave me instructions and even wrote them out as I don’t always hear well. The follow up 4 weeks later showed the skill involved by everyone. Grateful to all—— Richard Schroer
