I had my second Botox treatment with Rory today, and once again, she was absolutely phenomenal! She is incredibly sweet, professional, and truly skilled at what she does. Every session has been a great experience, she is very meticulous and thoughtful with her placement, making sure everything is done with precision and care. I really appreciate her expertise and the attention to detail she puts into her work. Highly recommend Rory!
I don’t usually leave harsh reviews, but Averi has been extremely disrespectful and rude during several interactions I’ve had at both the Commerce and Buford locations. Everyone else I’ve encountered during checkout and appointment scheduling has been pleasant, professional, and welcoming, which makes her behavior stand out even more. Customer service and professionalism are important, especially in an upscale establishment, and unfortunately Averi negatively impacts the overall atmosphere and experience. Her attitude comes across dismissive and unprofessional, and after multiple unpleasant encounters, I felt it needed to be addressed. I truly hope management looks into this because the rest of the staff has been wonderful.
I’ve always been satisfied with the quality and follow up care received from Meadows. They DON’T just leave you hangin once they have your money - they make sure you are taken care of and satisfied with results. Not always a common finding these days! I had more follow up visits than I can recall post surgery - at no additional cost than what I already paid. They took their time and I actually met with my surgeon at each visit as well. Highly recommend!
After searching and reading different reviews I decided to give them a chance based on others. I have to say I made the right decision. Whenever entering Meadows I'm always greeted with a smile, each and every single staff member that I've ever come in contact with has been sweet, genuine and helpful. I did my consult with Nicole and I knew right away that this was the place for me, she answered all my questions in great detail and made me feel comfortable about everything. Dr. Meadows did an amazing job with my procedure, he went above and beyond my expectations. I am feeling more confident every day!!! I will definitely refer friends/ family to Meadows and can't wait to get in on other services they offer 😁.
