I have been going here for a long time now for laser hair removal treatment of different areas. The technicians are very friendly and professional. They are accommodating as well. At a couple occasions due to some emergency or because i forgot i was taking antibiotics we had to reschedule. The results have been decent and prices are good. The results vary depending on hair growth and targeted area. For me, few areas have almost 0 growth, while for others the growth has thinned. I will continue to come here for future sessions as required. All in all a great experience. Special thanks to Dina who has been my technician all this time, and ensured a safe and smooth experience in all sessions.

I got the brazilian and underarm package and I could not be happier! I noticed results after the first session and since finishing my sixth (and final) I hardly have to shave and when I do it is so easy and looks great. Dina was absolutely amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and she was incredibly kind. I highly recommend, it is a great investment.

I was disappointed with how this office handled my appointment. I tested positive for COVID and called to reschedule so I wouldn’t expose staff or other patients. Despite this, I was still charged the full $85 cancellation fee. I understand having cancellation policies in place, but there should be reasonable exceptions for contagious illnesses. Patients shouldn’t feel financially penalized for doing the responsible thing and staying home when they’re sick. Charging someone for avoiding exposing others sends the wrong message. The staff was polite, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope the practice considers updating its policy to allow flexibility for situations involving contagious illnesses. Update: The business responded that the cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason and that clients acknowledge this policy before their appointment. While I appreciate the transparency, I don’t think a one-size-fits-all policy is appropriate for confirmed contagious illnesses. Policies should encourage people to stay home when they’re sick; not make them choose between protecting others and paying a cancellation fee. I hope they’ll consider allowing exceptions for situations like this in the future.

I purchased a Brazilian laser hair removal package with nine sessions, but I was disappointed with the results. After completing all treatments, only about 60% of the hair was removed, and the remaining hair grew back very patchy. The staff were friendly and the clinic was clean, but the results didn’t meet my expectations. Based on my experience, the laser seemed less effective compared to other places I’ve tried. For example, I previously had underarm treatments at Ideal Image, which were more intense but gave much better results. I’ve since tried SEV Laser, and not only is it more affordable, but after just one session I noticed a bigger improvement than I did after multiple sessions here. I honestly feel like I would have saved a lot of money if I had gone there from the beginning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for laser hair removal. I suggest looking into other providers before committing.
