I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Chang, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with genuine care, patience, and respect. He listened closely, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. His expertise is matched only by his compassion, I left feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care plan, and the results were amazing!!!!! He has the gift of art. It’s rare to find a provider who combines skill, great craftsmanship and humanity so seamlessly. Dr. Chang is truly outstanding.
It has only been eight hours since I had my deep plane and neck lift surgery with Dr. Chang and I can already see the difference. Unbelievably, I had no pain at all during the surgery or now. I find that incredible. Dr. Chang and Rachel made the experience light and easy and I’m so deeply grateful. I’m 71 years old with fragile skin and had so many fears about this. It’s actually the best decision I’ve made in years. I can’t recommend Dr. Chang highly enough.
Dr Chang was fantastic with my neck lift and mini face lift. He was able to correct and improve upon prior surgical procedures that resulted from a prior procedure and which I was dissatisfied with. His methodology resulted in a very rapid healing process with little swelling or discomfort post procedure. The team treated me with care during follow up visits, which included laser treatments to help eliminate redness in the scar lines around the edge of my face and behind my ears. I enthusiastically recommend Dr Chang for any cosmetic procedure involving the face and neck.
Dr. Chang is absolutely amazing! At 75, and after losing 1/3 of my body weight due to surgical complications, my face and neck were horrendous, especially the neck. Now they look like they did when I was 40! My confidence has been restored. I no longer cringe when I look in the mirror. If you are considering a face lift and/or neck repair, Dr. Chang is the man to see. You’ll never regret your decision! Thank you Dr. Chang and staff for the excellent care and expertise 😊
