I had such a great experience at this HIDDEN GEM of a medspa,right here in St. Cloud and I highly recommend them! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, friendly and professional.A nice office, state of the art treatments! I had the Sofwave treatment on my neck, and Deborah was amazing—she explained everything, took her time, and made me feel completely comfortable. Carmen, the owner, and Michael were wonderful. The entire team really cares, and it shows. I even left with a beautiful canvas bag filled with products from their own line, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space is clean, elevated, and feels like a true wellness experience. I was so impressed I’ve already booked my next appointment. Definitely a five-star experience!

I had a laser treatment done about a week ago on some spider veins that did nothing whatsoever. I feel deceived because the staff was nice & I trusted them. However, it did not make the slightest difference. Michael left early so someone else did my treatment, I can't say whether or not Michael doing it would have made any difference but I didn't find out someone else was doing it until I showed up. They ask me it it was okay if the other person did it and I said yes because that was my only day off. I explained to both Carmen and Michael on the phone before booking the appointment I was hesitant to a laser treatment because I didn't want to pay for something that would be a waste of money. I have had different laser treatments throughout my life for different things most of which have not worked. They assured me how great their laser treatment was for the issue I had and was preferably to the other treatment option I originally asked for. I was told I should see the issue resolved with one MAYBE two laser treatments at most. I have waited the 5 days as instructed to see the final result before posting this review. I am afraid to spend even more money for the second and "final" treatment as there was zero disappearance or even lightning of the treated areas. Absolutely ZERO. So exactly what I was afraid of happening did. But I at least hoped for an improvement, of which there was none. In the past I had microneedling done on my face with them and it was a satisfactory result. I haven't decided yet whether or not I will return as a paying customer unless they offer to and make it right.

Trying Botox for the first time. Was scheduled with Carmen, she was very welcoming, explained product, do's and don't's. Hoping it works for me, will know a few days upto a week. Because this was my first time she wants me to come back in a work or soyo make sure worked for me. Will update if any changes!

I always have the best experience here! Carmen and her staff are absolutely amazing, they are friendly and knowledgeable!! I told them what I wanted improved and they went over all of my options for the best outcome. I love my results, I look forward to my next appointment with them!!!
