Viviana was so kind and attentive from the first moment I entered. Dr. Molinares is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to provide a highly personalized, gentle approach that made all the difference in my visit. My appointment started with a comprehensive deep skin analysis, which was an absolute game-changer. It went far beyond a standard consultation, revealing underlying sun damage and specific needs in the deeper layers of my skin that simply cannot be seen with the naked eye. Having that level of scientific detail allowed Dr. Molinares to customize the exact right protocol for my face and neck. For my treatment, I received the Micro Glow paired with a soothing PDRN mask, which felt incredibly rejuvenating and cut down on redness and downtime from the treatment. To give my skin a comprehensive nutrient boost, we included the VAMP protocol, delivering a customized blend of Vitamins, Amino Acids, Minerals, and Peptides directly where my skin was craving it most. I had also mentioned my stubborn horizontal neck lines, and Dr. Molinares expertly incorporated an Elastic Lab Skin Booster specifically targeted to smooth and tighten that delicate area. Where do I even begin? I have nothing but amazing things to say about this spa. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and Dr. Molinares is truly the best at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes her time, and makes sure to answer all of your questions thoroughly. You never feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

I visited Alera Med Spa for the first time last week for Botox. While Dr. M is a talented injector, I was put off by the constant upselling of products and procedures. It was never-ending! From filler in my temples to membership deals to a pillow for sleeping after injections(?), it became quite annoying. It definitely clouded my perception of the purpose of the visit. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.
