**FIRST CLASS** From Dr Sonya Ephraim and Dr Arris Pierce to all of the professional gals that help the office run smoothy. They make you feel special in a way that your concerns are being validated and met. Allure has alot to offer under one roof, from urogynecology visits to physical therapy sessions. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sonya Ephraim at Allure. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Dr. Ephraim was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. A special thank you to Nurse Lynn, who was kind, supportive, and made my entire visit feel at ease. Anna at the front desk/scheduling was friendly and very helpful in coordinating everything smoothly. The whole team truly works together to create a positive and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Dr. Ephraim and her staff!
This is my first visit here at Allure and I am so impressed with the staff from nurse Lynn who was so professional and kind. I had to get blood drawn and she is the best I’ve ever had do this, NO PAIN she is great. I would definitely ask for her every time! To Anna who helped me with all of my appointments and was so nice and helpful. Now the doctor, she was great, listened to all of my concerns and was so informative, I can’t wait to continue my journey here with these great humans!!
I had a urodynamic test done recently, and I was honestly feeling pretty anxious going into it since it’s such a personal procedure. Lynn, the nurse who performed the test was absolutely incredible. From the moment she walked in, she was calm, kind, and reassuring. What could have been a very awkward and stressful experience was made so much easier because of her warmth and ability to put me at ease. I’m truly grateful for the care she provided—it made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. The receptionist, Ana, is also so kind and welcoming. The office is beautiful too. Highly recommend!
