Holly was absolutely amazing! She did my Dysport injections and made the entire experience feel fun, easy, and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She also cared for me in recovery after another procedure, and her bedside manner was truly exceptional. Holly has a way of making you feel genuinely cared for while educating you without ever making it overwhelming. Her kindness, professionalism, and ability to put patients at ease are unmatched. I couldn’t recommend her more!
I absolutely love coming to Amadi for my treatments. I see Holly in Mercer Island, and she is so thoughtful and attentive to detail. She takes time to walk me through the process and understand exactly what I am wanting done. I always love my results.

It has taken me years to write this review. I had a lower blepharoplasty in 2022 after a lifetime of super baggy under eyes. I had wanted to have this procedure my whole life. This procedure has left me with chronic, incurable dry eye disease. It has drastically decreased my quality of life. I have seen multiple doctors, and nothing helps. I am reliant on a microwave daily to do warm compresses and massages every day just to keep it at bay. The level of pain and discomfort every single day has drastically altered my life. I lose entire days of my life due to this discomfort. I have cancelled trips, called out from work, etc. This entire experience has been incredibly traumatic. I understand that complications are inevitable with any surgery, but I was told I was the only person that this has happened to with lower bleph?? It doesn't make any sense. I had absolutely no issues before the procedure. My under eye appearance is definitely improved, but I still have prominent eye bags. They are very uneven, with the left side being much larger. I also have scar tissue under that eye that I can feel every time I wear goggles, sunglasses, etc. Getting this surgery was one of the worst decisions of my life, and I will have to pay the consequences for however longer I can cope with it.
