I’m so happy I discovered this salon! I came in for microneedling, and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. Stephanie’s expertise, care, and attention to detail were exceptional. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She also sent me excellent aftercare instructions. I genuinely felt like I was in expert hands. On a second meeting, I went to the newer location in Lincolnwood and Bella was also superb and very knowledgeable and engaging. Sam is such a gem! If I could give this place a 100/10 I would. She made this experience so fun with her personality, you will have so much fun just experiencing her as a human, imagine when you see what magic she can do to your skin! She is truly exceptional. From the moment we started working together, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. I did a micro needling treatment and it went phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, she’s super clean and her attention to details really stood out, she gave me a blanket to make sure I wasn’t too cold, water, kept asking if everything was ok, micro needling is scary but she made it feel like nothing! What I appreciated most was how GENUINELY invested she was—not just in getting things done, but in making sure they were done right. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and made the entire experience feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely kind, but Sam is exactly that. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and would gladly work with her again. Give her a raise!! As a skin care addict, I highly reccomend this place! You won’t regret it, it’s super affordable (they have Groupons too), all the salon people are super friendly and fun to be around, it’s a great experience go treat yourself ;)
