I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic and would not recommend it. Most of my appointments and communications were handled by Sara, although I am not entirely sure whether she is a receptionist or an esthetician. Looking back, one of the biggest red flags was that I was never given a proper consultation with the doctor before starting treatment. Despite this concern, I proceeded with purchasing a treatment package, which in hindsight was a mistake on my part. For the type of treatments being provided, I believe a doctor should have been much more involved throughout the process. After undergoing treatment for some time, I began experiencing kidney pain and decided to discontinue the treatments. Since I stopped, I still had unused credit remaining on my account. I was told by Sara that I could apply this credit toward other treatment. However, when I came in for the Botox appointment, my experience was extremely disappointing. Sara met me first , she told me here I have this many unit of Botox it’s extra then what you have in credit but we won’t charge.The doctor briefly entered the room, provided the injections with little to no consultation, and charged me extra despite being told beforehand that my remaining credit would cover the treatment and I won’t be charged for extra unit .There was no discussion regarding dosage, no proper assessment, and no markings on my forehead, which has always been part of my previous Botox experiences elsewhere. The entire appointment felt rushed, as though the goal was simply to use up my remaining credit rather than provide appropriate patient care. To make matters worse, the Botox was not administered properly. I have had Botox treatments before and am familiar with the expected process and results. Unfortunately, I saw little to no improvement afterward, which was very disappointing. The clinic’s communication was equally poor. I needed assistance with documentation related to my insurance coverage for blood work and was assured that an email would be sent to help. Despite multiple follow-ups and a significant amount of time passing, I never received the assistance I was promised but this is less of the problem , I believe more was the way my treatments were handled. Overall, I felt undervalued as a customer and disappointed by the lack of professionalism, communication, and patient care. Whether a customer spends $100 or $1,000, they should be treated with the same level of respect and attention. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I spent a considerable amount of money but since I wasn’t going to be their full time customer received poor service, and ultimately did not achieve the results I paid for. I hope they are changed now but if they aren’t I wouldn’t waste time.

I had such a wonderful experience at ASM.D Aesthetics. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Sara is absolutely amazing. She’s sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. She takes her time to explain everything and makes you feel completely comfortable. Dr. Ashmitha is kind and patient. You can tell they truly care about their clients. I left feeling confident, and so impressed with the level of care I received. I highly recommend Sara and Dr. Ashmitha to anyone looking for a place that combines expertise with genuine kindness.

The team is always welcoming and incredibly flexible with scheduling — they’ve consistently worked around my busy calendar, even on short notice. I’ve completed several sessions so far and plan to continue because the care has been outstanding. Sara is especially wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable with the TED hair restoration procedure and always makes the sessions comfortable and easy. Cleanliness is also a big priority for me, and the office exceeds expectations. The space is spotless, and the staff handles all medical equipment with great care and professionalism. If you’re considering hair restoration or any other services, I highly recommend giving ASM.D a try

I’ve had a really good experience at ASM.D. I’ve been receiving Tirzepatide treatment here and am very happy with my progress, I’ve lost 68 pounds, which has made a big difference for me. Sara has been great to work with and very supportive throughout the process. She explains everything clearly, checks in regularly, and is available if I have questions or concerns. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but she made the experience straightforward and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for support with weight loss and overall wellness.
