Dr. Sigel is an amazing doctor and a caring man. His work is masterful. He is honest and direct about what his patients need. He treated my Lipedema and now I'm in remission. Dr. Sigel gave me my vody and my life back. He is retiring next year which is going to be such a loss for patients. His skills are so impressive that many professionals were astonished about his surgical artwork that he completes on his patients. I hope he helps train/mentor other pastic surgeons because his talents need to be passed on. I highly recommend Dr. Sigel and the doctors at Austin-Weston, The center for plastic surgery.
I got a chin implant from Dr. Sigal and it was a great experience! He is clearly very knowledgable and I appreciated his candidness. I immediately felt comfortable with him, and the same went for every nurse/consultant/etc I interacted with. It can be intimidating to go to a cosmetic clinic, but everybody here is personable and puts you at ease. I also recommend the overnight facility for anyone who doesn't have someone in town to care for them for the first 24 hours post-operation (depending on your procedure, this or a similar arrangement with a third-party caregiver might be required). Bring some snacks and puzzle books and turn on the TV and you can almost convince yourself it's a mini staycation! My overnight nurse Veronica was so sweet and great company too.

Manrique at the Austin- Weston Surgery Center has been absolutely exceptional. Dr. Manrique listened to exactly what I wanted, but he didn't just deliver that—he went far above and beyond my expectations. For me, the results are truly a dream come true. As a native Spanish speaker, one of the best parts of this journey was that Dr. Manrique speaks Spanish fluently. Being able to communicate perfectly in my first language gave me an incredible amount of comfort and peace of mind during such an important process. Additionally, the entire team at Austin- Weston is amazing. Every single person there treats you like family, making you feel welcome, safe, and cared for at every step. I cannot recommend Dr. Manrique and his team highly enough. If you are looking for top-tier results and compassionate care, this is the place to go!
I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had with Dr. Nghiem. She was wonderful - attentive, kind, and truly talented. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and cared for, answering all of my questions with patience. Throughout the entire process, she checked in regularly and listened to my concerns. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses, are all wonderful!! My results exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy. I would 100% recommend Dr. Ngheim for anyone considering a cosmetic procedure!
