I had an appointment at this dermatologist on a Monday, May 11th to be precise. The experience was awful. The dermatologist that saw me that day didn’t even look at my scalp. I told the assistant that I suspected I had traction alopecia from my own research. The dermatologist walked into the room and said that I had traction alopecia. Mind you, he never even bothered to look at my scalp. I tried to voice my concerns and his response was consistently dismissive. I even asked the assistant if his attitude was always like that. The assistant persuaded me to come again and see another dermatologist, but after the experience, I decided not to go. I ended up going to Dr. Max who is a hair specialist in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Max spent an hour with me and even took microscopic pictures of my hair. It turns out, I have androgenic alopecia which is a whole difficult territory. If you want your time and money to be valued, don’t waste your time coming here. Go to Dr. Max who does care and will not be dismissive. If I would have listened to this fraud of a practice, I would have been bald in 3 years.

Dr. Levi is an amazing dermatologist! She is by far the most thorough dermatologist I’ve seen and always takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. I also saw her for treatment of scars from a previous surgery. She started with steroid injections that were covered by my insurance and later recommended laser treatment, and I’ve already seen excellent results. The office is always clean and super nice, and the entire staff is so welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Levi and her team for both medical and cosmetic dermatology!

Dr. Levi is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly warm, attentive, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Her expertise and precision in dermatology and cosmetic treatments are unmatched. It’s clear she is highly skilled and truly passionate about what she does. I highly recommend Dr. Levi to anyone looking for an expert in the field!

I read the reviews for this practice hoping to have a great experience with the dermatologist based on what others said. However, my experience was completely different. The receptionist took my card to put on file and explicitly said they would not automatically charge me when the bill came in. However once they emailed me the bill, within two weeks they automatically charged my card without asking, which violated what they told me. Typically you get thirty days to pay a bill, but more importantly, they said they wouldn’t do this at all. When I saw the dermatologist, she was dismissive and rude. The entire appointment was no more than five - ten minutes. I asked thoughtful questions about products and ingredients and her rationale behind her specific recommendations, and she got defensive and indicated that I was wrong about the ingredients that come within this particular product I used. When I offered to show her information on my phone, she refused to look. She then contradicted herself about this ingredient that was in the product and admitted her error ( which I understand no one’s perfect but it was her tone and energy). Throughout the brief appointment, her tone was cold and she seemed rushed to get me out of the room. I spent three hundred dollars on products I’m not even confident in. I felt disrespected and discriminated against during this visit . I would not recommend this practice.
