They don't have managed to talk. I was talking to one of them over the Facebook because I needed a consultation and they insult me saying if I don't have $50 for the consultation I'm not going to have to pay the billing for... This shows to me this a clinic with non-professional stuff.. With this disrespectful model over a text on Facebook asking for there service they seems not to be professional at all. Not even on how they talk to the customers...I don't recommend none professional stuff talking over the phone neither with their services
Marc is amazing and highly professional! He explains everything so clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable. I just had my first laser facial hair removal session, and I’ve already seen a difference! I’m really looking forward to more treatments with him. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommended!

Received laser hair treatment here and am super happy with the results. I’ve received laser hair treatments at two other locations in the past, and Balance Med Spa was the first one to talk and provide very specific instructions on how to make the treatment most successful; the other two reputable locations I went to did not guide me like this. My treatments ended September 2024 and I am 100% satisfied with the results. I prepaid for six sessions and never had an issue with scheduling them.
