I cannot recommend Bare Med Spa highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm, professional, and knowledgeable team that truly makes you feel comfortable and valued. The spa is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. What really sets Bare Med Spa apart is the level of care and attention they give every client. They take the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure you feel confident before any treatment. Their expertise and commitment to delivering natural, high-quality results is obvious. If you’re looking for a med spa that combines professionalism, exceptional customer service, and incredible results, Bare Med Spa is the place to go. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. Five stars isn’t enough—I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I was so tired of shaving my neck every two days and Christian at Bare MedSpa walked me through exactly what I needed to do and got me an appointment the same week!! Excellent customer service and staff. I will be coming back for more that’s for sure.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I initially had a membership here and was double-charged. Getting a refund was an absolute headache that took WEEKS, multiple phone calls, and constant follow-ups. The appointment scheduling and communication are just as bad. They’ve canceled appointments without advance notice, including one where I physically showed up to the location only to find nobody there. I was told someone would reach out to reschedule, but nobody ever did. I had to repeatedly follow up myself. Booking appointments also feels incredibly unprofessional. Instead of a reliable booking system or responsive front desk, I’ve essentially been coordinating appointments through iMessage with a phone number that rarely answers calls. After dealing with all of this, I requested to cancel my membership entirely. Despite explaining the billing issues, missed appointment, and lack of communication, they insisted on enforcing their 30-day cancellation policy. I was told I would have to use my final membership charge toward one more appointment rather than receive a refund. I do want to give a shout-out to Melanie, my laser technician. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable during each session. I also saw results from the treatments themselves, so my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with her or the effectiveness of the laser. My issue is entirely with how this business is managed. There are WAY too many laser hair removal providers in Miami to deal with this level of headache. I would not recommend purchasing a membership here.

Avoid at all costs. They misled me about the “contract,” clearly stating in writing that I could cancel at any time. However, when I attempted to do so, I was told I could only terminate by “buying myself out” of the contract. Then when trying to resolve they ghosted me. I have all of this in writing. I have since instructed my attorney to address the matter. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You only have to look at how they speak and respond to reviews to see what you are dealing with!
