I recently moved to the area and looked up reviews for Botox and Basis had such great reviews I choose to get my Botox treatment here and they did not disappoint! Their commitment to whole body wellness, mind, body and spirit is apparent by the way the staff handles care of patients. From reception, to service every step is intentional and they show every client great care. I’m beyond grateful I found Basis. Not only do I trust them with my esthetics, but I’m also scheduled for acupuncture, and they are checking my blood levels to ensure my body is functioning at its fullest.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren, Katrina, and the entire team at Basis Aesthetics! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I originally came in looking for help with melasma and dark spots. Katrina, who does my Botox, recommended Clear + Brilliant and connected me with Lauren. One of the things I appreciate most about Basis is the team approach—Katrina and Lauren genuinely worked together to figure out what would be best for MY skin rather than just recommending treatments for the sake of it. Katrina is an absolute expert and has the best positive personality. She makes every appointment comfortable, easy, and practically painless. Lauren has now done three Clear + Brilliant treatments for me, and she is equally amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is always suggesting products or simple additions to my routine that can help me get better results. Between the laser treatments and the azelaic acid they recommended, my melasma has cleared up significantly, my skin tone is much more even, and honestly, my skin looks better than it ever has. But what really sets these two apart is how much they CARE. Both Katrina and Lauren personally text me, which is my preferred way to communicate, check on me after treatments, and have been incredibly flexible when scheduling appointments. As someone approaching 40 who has never really been a “skincare girl,” this world can sometimes feel intimidating. They have never once made me feel that way. They are warm, welcoming, down-to-earth, and make me feel completely comfortable asking questions. And Lauren—the little fan! After one of my laser treatments, she let me take home a small fan I had been using. My 8-year-old immediately fell in love with it and wanted to keep it. When I told Lauren the story, she insisted we keep it. Such a small gesture, but it says so much about the kind of person she is. I am SO happy with my results and so grateful I found Lauren, Katrina, and Basis. They have completely changed the way I feel about taking care of my skin, and I actually look forward to seeing what we try next. I had the most amazing experience with Lauren! I got PRP microneedling done and honestly could not recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were so kind, welcoming, and attentive, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous going into microneedling because I had never done it before, but Lauren took so much time to explain exactly what the treatment was, how it worked, and all of the benefits. She made me feel completely informed and at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and easy, and Lauren was incredibly gentle throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how thorough she was with post-care instructions and how she continued to check in afterward to see how my healing was going. Now almost a week post-treatment, my skin has genuinely never looked better. I am beyond happy with my results and already know I’ll be coming back for this treatment again.
