Dr. Baucom is meticulous, professional and cares greatly for his patients. His surgery work is the best and he has a wonderful, friendly, courteous staff, too. He personally called me after my most recent surgery to be sure I was okay and all of his surgeries on my face over the past years have been excellent. I highly recommend him!
Friendly competent staff, very efficient, I’ve used them twice before so I can confidently say.this is their normal way of looking after their patients. Baucom is excellent, personable, and is only one of two doctors I have been to over the years who personally called me the evening after the procedure to check on me and make sure I was okay. If every business operated this way, the public would have a much better opinion of providers. Right now, Baucomb’s star is much brighter than most anyone else.
Simply the best! Dr Baucom and his staff are professional and courteous. Dr Baucom is highly skilled and a wizard at hiding scars! I had skin cancer removed from my face and Dr Baucom himself called me at home that afternoon to check on my progress. You are in good hands with Dr Baucom and his staff, they get my highest recommendation.
It was a great experience from the moment I checked in. The medical tech was wonderful Very knowledgeableand explained everything to me when we went back to the room. Dr. Baccum was amazing. Made me very comfortable. Then I went to the final step and had my face stitched and the nurse in the medical tech. There was absolutely wonderful explaining everything and making me feel very comfortable. A great experience at my face looks wonderful.
