I’ve had a truly positive experience at Bella Derma Laser & Med Spa! Dr. Jeff and his staff are amazing at what they do and they are willing to listen and help you decide on the best approach to your treatment. I am just leaving my follow up appt and I’m so happy with the results of botox and filler treatments and my face looks so refreshed and younger. I’m thrilled!!! Thank you Bella Derma for making me look and feel younger and more confident in my own skin ❤️ If you’re considering Botox and/or filler and are maybe a bit indecisive, take my advice and run, don’t walk, to your phone and make an appointment for a consultation. Truly a 5 star experience from the moment that I walked through the door. Everyone who works at Bella Derma is a professional! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. Most of all, the consultation was thorough. I felt listened to and seen - not judged and not sold on anything that isn't needed. At nearly 50 years old - that was truly impressive. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so lovely - especially Brianna. I will definitely be coming back.

Extremely Disappointed I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bella Derma, particularly with their medical weight-loss program. From the beginning, I never felt that I was given clear and complete information about what I was receiving. I was not clearly provided with the medication manufacturer/laboratory information, expiration date, or other details I believe a patient should have access to. The medication was not provided to me in the original vial; instead, I received pre-filled syringes. When I asked for additional information, I did not feel that the answers I received were completely transparent or clear. My second major disappointment was the way the 12-week program was presented. I paid $750 for a 12-week treatment and understood that I would receive 12 weekly doses regardless of the dosage. Today, during week 7, I explained that I had only lost about 3 pounds and asked whether my dose could be increased. I was told it could be increased, but then I was informed that I was only entitled to a total of 60 mL, and that next week's 10 mL dose would essentially use up the remaining amount. That was extremely disappointing because, based on how the program was explained to me, I understood that I was paying for 12 weeks of treatment—not a limited total volume that could run out before the 12 weeks were completed. In reality, I feel that I paid $750 for what is essentially an 8-week treatment, with no refund option. Another major concern is that I was never personally evaluated by the doctor during my treatment. After seven weeks, my total weight loss has been only about 5 pounds. The staff members are generally friendly and try to be pleasant, but friendliness does not replace clear communication and transparency when you are paying for a medical treatment. I am especially disappointed because I expected much more clarity regarding exactly what medication I was receiving, how much medication was included in the program, and what would happen if my dosage needed to be increased. Would I recommend Bella Derma for a medical weight-loss program based on my experience? No. I cannot speak for their other services, and perhaps those experiences are different. But for this particular treatment, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I honestly do not understand how the reviews are so consistently positive when my experience has been so different. Before paying for a package, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about the medication, manufacturer/pharmacy, expiration date, exact amount included, dosing, what happens if the dose increases, and whether the physician will personally evaluate you. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Not only was I happy with the results of my treatments, but the staff had such a welcoming demeanor. The doctor was very calm and truly cared about what I wanted as well as making sure I was as comfortable as possible. The assistant was also very sweet and helpful the entire experience!
