Bespoke Aesthetics + Wellness | Adrienne Shostak LME - Skin care, facials, and more

I’ve been seeing Paulina at Bespoke Aesthetics in Georgetown, and she’s truly amazing. Her facials have made a tremendous difference in my skin, from improving dark spots and firmness to keeping my skin youthful and glowing. Recently, I’ve tried the micro peel and enzyme facial, and both gave me incredible results. Paulina is patient, caring, and extremely meticulous in everything she does. The space itself feels calm, clean, and welcoming — a true hidden gem. I can’t recommend Paulina and Bespoke Aesthetics enough!

This review is long overdue and I wish I had shared it sooner. I found Adrienne and Bespoke shortly after moving to the DC area from San Francisco almost 8 years ago. I was immediately struck by the gorgeous, calming space that Adrienne created (first in her old spot on Wisconsin — the new one is even dreamier!). Fast forward 8 years, and I am a Bespoke client for life for a few reasons: 1. Adrienne herself, who is the most knowledgeable and passionate skincare expert I've ever encountered. Her approach is informed by her years working in Europe with skincare brands we don't often see in the States — products that hit the right balance between science and "clean" beauty. She is always learning and sharing something new, and I trust her judgment more than any facialist I've ever seen. Also, she's a lovely person to spend an hour or two with. 2. The proof is in the pudding — my skin looks great when I am seeing her consistently. I've taken some breaks over the years (to save money), and the minute I come back to her, I'm getting compliments on my skin again. She is supportive of my goal to age naturally but also look the best I can every step of the way. Now that I'm in menopause, this has become one of my non-negotiable self-care practices, one that has benefits for my nervous system as well as my vanity. I've seen some of Adrienne's team members over the years, and they have all been fantastic. I get the feeling that Adrienne is very picky about who she hires, so you'll likely be in good hands no matter who you see. Final thing — Adrienne is a badass single mom running a successful in-person service business through a pandemic and now a prolonged government shutdown. I'm floored at her dedication and ingenuity — it would probably be easier for her to bail to another city or the suburbs, but she is devoted to DC and its inhabitants. I wouldn't go to Bespoke if it wasn't a phenomenal experience, but it helps that it's the exact kind of business I feel good about supporting!

I saw Kathy, for an enzyme treatment and everything from the massage technique to the treatment results was perfect! I got compliments the very next day from my colleagues who noticed the glow and refresh of my skin. I struggle with acne prone, rosacea sensitive skin & the enzyme treatment reset my skin and also offered lymphatic drainage which is super important when dealing with inflammation!

I could not recommend the team at Bespoke more. I've been going for years and they always take such good care of me (and my skin). I've been seeing Pauline while pregnant to tackle some issues like dryness, and she has been fantastic. The location is convenient, the building clean, quiet, and so charming. Truly the best skincare clinic I've found in DC!
