I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly professional from start to finish, and I felt completely taken care of. I had a facelift rescue, and I actually saw results the very next day — my smile lines are barely there. Diana, the esthetician, was absolutely awesome. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and her technique was flawless. I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend their services.
I had such a wonderful facial with Brooke! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand my skin concerns before customizing the treatment. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and absolutely glowing afterward. The entire experience was calming and luxurious, and Brooke’s attention to detail was exceptional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a facial that is both relaxing and results-driven. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
This was my first visit to Biolift. They’re located on the third floor near Bonefish Grill and Ramen Lab. The spa is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. Lily was very personable and took time to explain the treatments she recommended along with the costs. She checked in with me throughout the treatment to see how I was feeling and made sure I was comfortable. I had a good experience overall and plan to do a bit more research before committing to any packages.
I came to Biolift with a little skepticism and some nervousness, especially because I’m usually not very comfortable with being touched or having massages. From the very beginning, though, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Everyone is incredibly polite, kind, and professional. I’ve been having my treatments with Angela, and she has been wonderful. She is gentle, attentive, and always makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Everything feels smooth and relaxing, and I never feel pressured or uneasy. My treatments are going very well, and I’m so happy with my experience so far. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and welcoming atmosphere at Biolift. I would definitely recommend them, especially to anyone who may feel a little nervous or hesitant at first. Thank you, Angela and the Biolift team, for making every visit such a positive experience!
