⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Dr. DuMornay & His Team I can’t say enough about the exceptional care I received from Dr. DuMornay and his entire medical team. I came in with a trail of scars on both arms, and we began treatment with the Fontana laser. The laser noticeably improved the overall appearance, but some of the larger, raised scars needed surgical removal. Through every step of the process, I felt completely supported. Dr. DuMornay’s bedside manner is truly remarkable — calm, present, and genuinely compassionate. On the day of my surgery, right before anesthesia, the staff asked what kind of music I wanted to fall asleep to. Such a thoughtful gesture that immediately put me at ease. And the fact that it was Dr. DuMornay’s birthday, yet he was there doing what he loves, spoke volumes about his dedication to his patients. People often write reviews only when they’ve had a negative experience. I wanted to take the time to share my gratitude because this team deserves to be recognized. From the front desk to pre‑op to recovery, every single person I encountered was phenomenal — professional, kind, attentive, and truly invested in my comfort and outcome. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and the results I’m seeing. Dr. DuMornay and his team are top‑tier, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Dr do Mornay is the best, I needed surgery for a bad sinus infection I had for months and he performed it perfectly, cleaned out every one of my sinus cavities. The staff is very caring and called me everyday several times a day to check on me. Dr knows his stuff, I would definitely see him for any sinus problems I am having in the future as well as ear problems. A and staff.

He cancelled my first appointment. I rebooked and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Almost 2 hours later the Doctor still was a no show. I asked for a refund and left. They have no regard for your time and just leave you waiting. I’m going somewhere else where they actually care about their patients.

I waited a few weeks to get in because they did not have openings. I called daily for cancellations then today I was in so much pain, I cried and begged for them to take me in. Wow, had it not been for Regine remembering me and for Dr Laura to tell them to bring me in right away, I don’t know how I was going to deal with the pain. Thanks to them, I am on the way to feeling better. I say to any office staff, pay attention to your patients please and check their charts for consistency before you push them away!
