Was quoted a consultation fee over the phone when booking the appointment. During the consultation the doctor brought up another part of my face that might be improved with surgery. They billed my insurance company after I paid for the consultation prior to being seen. Explanation being that due to the fact that another part of my face was discussed other than what was initially scheduled is now being billed to my insurance company for an additional 85.00. Knowing insurance, this too will become my responsibility to pay as well. Completely misleading when quoting consultation fees. So in retrospect, each body part discussed is an 85.00 consultation fee, really??! Upon calling and discussing with staff, there is nothing that can be done about the additional billing. That's just they way they do business even when its the doctor who initiates discussing a separate body part, the patient has to pay. Very disappointing. Please stay away from this business.

I have had the laser and microdermabrasion done recently plus a lip lift and am thrilled with the outcome. Staff at the clinic are professional and my appointments are always on time. The care and the meticulous way of where the fillers are placed, have been outstanding. Will definitely refer Dr. Henderson and will keep coming back.

Three years later realized that this doctor performed surgery on me when my blood count was off and I was anemic she hid the test results. I just saw them in my chart. She faxed the results to someone who knows who it was. She never said a word to me, but when I was in surgery, they couldn’t put me under, and she said that I was on diet pills is why she thought that happen. I’m not on diet pills. It was because I was anemic. She tried blaming everything on me and it was all her fault. This is the worst surgeon doctor human I have ever met she has no morals . She could have killed me! Days before my surgery she ignored my blood test said nothing I have been sick the last three years now I know why. Had 2 iron I infusions at Christmas finally felling like myself again.i suppose looking back she thought she would risk my life for 20,000.00 + dollars where im only left scared mentally and physically.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at Cavalon Aesthetics. I had a lift surgery of my lower face and neck by Dr. Henderson. She has been absolutely wonderful. It’s clear from her resume that she is a super skilled and experienced surgeon; but she is also an excellent communicator, an excellent listener, and very compassionate. She spent plenty of time with me ahead of my procedure, making sure I knew exactly what to expect and answering all my questions. Her staff are all friendly, professional, and competent as well. It strikes me as a well run practice. There is a lot of aftercare and healing after a procedure like I had, but I feel well taken care of, and I am so glad I did it. I definitely chose the right doctor!
