I don’t even know where to start. This was my first consult and first plastic surgery. I only needed one consult after meeting Dr. Franco and Mary. First, the office is so beautiful and the ladies at the front are personable, friendly and are inviting. Mary the surgery consultant was so sweet, u derstanding and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was timely with replies and follow ups and ensured everything went smoothly. Dr Franco, he’s a whole character in the best possible way. There was never pressure to do more, add more but listened to what I wanted. He picked the perfect size for my breast augmentation CC’s. Today I had an opportunity to really see my results (mini tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lift). I’ve never been so happy with my body and only at 7 days post op. It’ll only continue to get better. I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon. Allison, is by far the most personable nurse. She is understanding and empathetic. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything throughly. She set realistic expectations about my procedure, pre op, and my follow ups. And than there is Julie. For being so afraid and scared on surgery day, she was beyond expectations. From start to finish. Her smile was contagious, she was calming and friendly. She listened and calmed me beyond explanation. She truly made me feel ready and excited. I’m so grateful for this entire staff and my results! Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Franco and Dr Rubach. They are both extremely professional, knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this office. Not only are the doctors amazing, so are all of the staff. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I had a wonderful experience with Allison G at the Center for Cosmetic & Laser Surgery in Naperville. She was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. Lip filler can definitely come with some nerves and apprehension, so I really appreciated how communicative and reassuring she was every step of the way. She took the time to explain her process, aftercare instructions, and answer questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The office itself is located inside of a medical building, and I was pleasantly surprised by the space once I walked in. Front desk ladies were lovely as well.
