LIFE CHANGING. The weight loss program at Charm Medical Aesthetics changed my life. Olga is nothing like the online pharmacies that just ship out medications. She truly treated me as a whole person. She checked my labs, we went over my daily diet and exercise habits, and we discussed all my medical conditions. You can tell that Olga genuinely cares and is invested in your weight loss success. She educated me on my options, coached me on lifestyle changes, and safely managed my medication. I have been on Tirzepatide for 16 months and it’s changed my life. My joints no longer hurt, I’m able to live an active lifestyle, and we reversed my pre-diabetes. This program is truly comprehensive and exactly what the big impersonal online companies are missing. They even provide all the supplies (including the sharps containers) and dispose of them for you. 10/10! I first visited Olga (for Botox) months before she opened her new location, and chose to follow her to the beautiful, relaxing Med Spa she created in Charm (btw I live over an hour away so that says something!) Since the new opening of Charm I have had several appointments with Carli (Botox, filler/lip-filler, and for the first time, Microneedling, which showed wonderful results on my freckled/age-spotted face!!). Carli listened to what my goals were, asked questions, addressed my questions and concerns, explained what she was doing throughout the procedures, and let me know what I should do/expect over the next few days. I was told not to hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns. The ladies have created a professional, knowledgeable, bubbly team who clearly enjoy working together, love what they do, and prioritize doing the best for their clients! Wholeheartedly recommend Charm City (Olga) - she was amazing and treatment/service was unremarkable! I scheduled a consult for botox and filler - Olga willingly took the time to discuss medical history/concerns. Her effort to truly understand my desired goals/results was unreal, and she tailored her technique specifically to me! Of most importance, the entire office and procedure was safe/clean/sterile (I had no concerns). She made sure I had awareness of any potential risks, and ensured I had realistic and sustainable results, within my budget. Olga has maintained contact via text during the healing period and continues to offer input/tips. We have a follow-up scheduled to make sure everything has settled properly and to make sure I am happy! Of note, the new location in Rosedale was easy to find and offered privacy (No issues with parking or distance). I found conversation with Olga to come naturally - it wasn’t forced or awkward.
