I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Dr. Karcher does my Botox and has such a refined, careful approach; she clearly understands facial anatomy and always achieves a natural look that enhances rather than freezes my expression. I never walk out looking "done," just refreshed, which is exactly what I want. Gabby is incredible with Softwave treatments and facials. She's knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to customize each session to what my skin actually needs. My results have been consistent and noticeable, and she always makes the whole experience relaxing. Between the two of them, I trust this team completely with my skin and never hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Dr. Karcher and her assistant, Gabrielle, are seriously the best! The whole vibe at their office is super calming which instantly puts you at ease. I recently completed three sessions of SecretPro RF microneedling and have also gotten Jeuveau there. I was a little anxious about the procedures at first, but their professional and reassuring approach made the entire experience so much easier. Dr. Karcher is highly skilled and hands-on, which really shows in the natural, elevated results she delivers. She is also very easy to talk to and especially encouraging during procedures, which really helps you stay relaxed and confident. The follow-up care is also amazing. They’re always available to answer questions and check in, which makes such a difference. Highly recommend!

I am so deeply grateful to Dr. Karcher. She is exceedingly brilliant and kind. She saw exactly what I needed and enhanced my appearance with the gentlest touch. She also insisted on not doing more than necessary, out of concern for both my well-being and my wallet. And when we were done with the treatment, she actually sat down just to talk and get to know me. I have NEVER experienced anything like that with a physician before. And Dr. Karcher's assistant, Gabrielle, was exceptionally informative, warm, and supportive. I will never seek dermatological care (cosmetic or otherwise) anywhere else.

I could not recommend Dr. Karcher highly enough. When I first started seeing her, I was extremely uncomfortable with needles but wanted (general aesthetic) and needed (TMJ relief) Botox. She has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. On top of that, I trust her completely to help me achieve my aesthetic goals, and tell me what I do and do not need done. Every appointment has felt extremely personalized and tailored to my needs. Last year I had a chin lipo procedure done with her and I couldn't be happier with my results. She is truly the very best at what she does. I even brought my mom to meet her and get filler when she came to visit NYC! I will never go anywhere else for my aesthetic needs!
